Midwest Top Gun provides the highest level of coaching to further develop players in all aspects of their game.
Our mission is to provide players with the best physical, mental, and lacrosse specific training available anywhere. We strive not only to maximize talent on the field, but off the field as well by teaching life lessons throughout our program.
The foundation of Top Gun is constructed of coaches whose mission is to advance the ability and character of each player on our teams. Our club program offers opportunities for players to gain exposure to college coaches in addition to offering guidance in the recruiting process.

Our coaching staff is comprised of some of the top college and high school coaches in the area, providing valuable and individual insight to each player's game.
Our teams attend some of the most competitive and most recruited tournaments and showcases in the country to gain exposure to college coaches.
Our coaching staff consults players through the recruiting process by helping connect players with coaches, setting up visits, and put together highlight film.

Team America and Midwest Top Gun have reached an agreement to partner as affiliate programs. Team American will serve as the National arm of Top Guns programming. The purpose of this partnership is to promote the best players developed by Top Gun and surround them with the best talent the American Lacrosse Collective Founding Members have to offer.
For high school players, this is an added layer of recruiting exposure and support, for youth players, a chance to supplement players schedule with additional high level events during the year.
